WOD & Competition Training – Home Workout

1) Three sets, not for time, of:
Double-Unders x 40-50 reps
Handstand Walk 20-60ft
Sub Handstand Hold or Wall Walk if Needed

2) Three Rounds for Time:
Run 200 Meters
25 Tuck Jumps
25 Burpees
Post times to Wodify
