Teams of two, 20 minute AMRAP:
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Abmat Situps
50 Squats
400M Team Run (run together within arms reach)
One person working at a time on all movements but the run.

Snatch – Work to heaviest single without missing. Miss and you’re done. Small jumps.

Clean & Jerk – Work to heaviest single without missing. Miss and you’re done. Small jumps.
