There will be live coverage of Games Athletes and supporters doing this WOD from location in Prescott, AZ at 11:00AM following our workout.

“Hotshots 19”

Six rounds for time of:
30 Squats
135 pound Power clean, 19 reps
7 Strict Pull-ups
Run 400 meters

Scale it accordingly, complete as a team, or do it in a vest. Just go hard.
