Big Saturday:
9AM – WOD
10AM – WOD
11AM – Comp Training / Open Gym

2:30PM – We are leaving for the Copperhead Weightlifting Meet to spectate if anyone wants to join, let us know.
8PM – Halloween Party!

WOD

In teams of three, complete five sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Wallballs (20/12)
60 seconds of Over the Box Jumps (24/20)
60 seconds of Burpees
60 seconds of Rest

Teams get one Wall Ball, one Box, and one Pipe. Team members alternate through the work stations at 60 second intervals and all members rest at the same time. Post total score.

Comp Training

1) Clean & Jerk – 20 minutes to find heavy single

2) 5 min AMRAP:
4 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
24 Double Unders
10 Pull-Ups

3) Best performed after full recovery from A and B…

Every 3 minutes, for 24 minutes (8 sets):
Run 400 Meters
10 Burpees

If you fail to make the time cap on a set, finish the set, then rest the remainder of the next round into which you bled. Note times individually for each set – e.g., 1:21, 1:24, 1:23, 1:34, etc…
