In teams of two, with partners alternating after each full round, complete 20 minute AMRAP of:

10 Jumping Lunges (5 each leg)
5 Dumbbell Push Press
5 Burpee Over the Box

Competition Training

Make-Up) Make up the Back Squats and Metcon from Friday if you need to. The rig should be open if you need to do this before 11AM.

Against a 10-minute running clock:
1A) Row 500M for time
1B) in the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

Against a 10-minute running clock:
2A) Row 1K for time
2B) in the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Double-Unders (if you trip the rope in the first 20 DUs, you may perform one more attempt)

Against a 10-minute running clock:
3A) Row 500M for time
3B) in the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
