Conditioning
Teams of 3, alternating stations, for AMRAP in 18 min:
15 Hang Power Cleans (115/65)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
Rest Station
*Every 3 min the entire team has to complete 10 Burpees
Each person starts at a different station. Alternate stations once everyone has finished their 10 reps.
Extra
A) Bench Press: 5 sets to 5RM, try to exceed last week
B) Power Jerk + Split Jerk: Every 90 sec: 60/2+2, 65/2+2, 70/1+2, 75/1+1*4 sets
C) BS only: 3 sets of 8 @ 75% of BS
