Team Series Event 4 – Full Description

In teams of 4, Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Couple A each perform:
5 thrusters
5 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Couple B each perform:
10 thrusters
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Couple A each perform:
15 thrusters
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Couple B each perform:
20 thrusters
20 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following the same pattern.

M – 95-lb. thrusters
F – 65-lb. thrusters

The athletes in each couple work at the same time, and both must complete the entire round before the other couple start. If you don’t have 2 female and 2 male, it’s fine, just form a group of 4. Scale as needed. 


Clean & Jerk:
Every 90 sec x 3 sets, complete 1 rep at 88%
rest 2 min
Every 90 sec x 2 sets complete one rep at 92%
