Bench Press: 10 reps, all sets must be non-stop fast reps
Tempo Supinated Pullups: 5-7 reps with 5 sec decent – fast up

Conditioning
Teams of 2, one person working at a time, 6 Rounds:
40 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 Toes-to-Bar

Extra
Behind the Neck Jerk with 2 sec pause in catch: 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2*3 sets

4 min running clock – Accumulate as many GHD situps as possible (stop at 75)
