Strength
Front Squat: Every 90 sec: 60/5, 70/5, 75/4, 80/3*2 sets

Conditioning
In teams of two, one athlete working at a time, 3 Rounds (25 min cap):
400m run
60 KB Swings (53/35)
30 Push Press (96/65)
30 Burpees

Split reps as desired, run together.

Before WOD

A) Pressing Snatch Balance: 40-50/3*3 sets

B) Snatch + Hang Snatch: In 6 sets work to max 1+1

C) Press in Split: 30-40/3*3 sets

D) Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk: In 6 sets work to max 1+1+1
