Back Squat: Every 60 sec complete 3 reps @ 75% x 6 sets

Conditioning
In teams of 2, one person working at a time, split reps as desired for AMRAP in 20 min:
15 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
20 Burpees
400M Run

Run Together

Extra

Snatch – every 90 sec.: 60/3, 70/3, 75/2, 80/2, 83-85/2*4 sets

Clean and Jerk – every 2 min.: 60/3, 70/3, 75/3, 80/2, 85/2*4 sets

5 sets max -1 Strict deficit HSPU as able

After Conditioning
Accumulate 40 Hollow/Arch Seal Rolls (20L/20R) – arms and legs may not touch the ground at any time for the rep to count
