10 Pistols, alternating

Snatch from Hip: 50/3, 60/3, 65/3, 70/3
Hang Snatch: 70/2, 75/2, 80/2
Snatch: 80/1, 85/1, 90/1, 95/1x2sets

FS: Find 3RM w/ 5 sec. pause on first rep
