CrossFit Wylie has three Youth Weightlifters competing Saturday in the Lonestar Winter Meet at the Prince of Peace Christian School. Tyler Paine, Sarah Rawley are trying to improve on their National Qualifying numbers and Blake Fuller is lifting in his first competition! All three of them lift at 10AM. It’s open to anyone that wants to join us or help out! Let me know if you need directions!

Conditioning
In teams of 2, alternating rounds for AMRAP in 18 min:
3 Power Clean (135/95 |R+ 185/125)
2 Pullups | R+ C2B
3 Power Clean
4 Pullups | R+ C2B
3 Power Clean
6 Pullups | R+ C2B
etc etc until time runs out

Partner A does 3+2, B does 3+4, A does 3+6 and so on…
*R++ option: Ring Muscle Ups starting at 1 and increasing 1 each round.
