In teams of 3, AMRAP in 16 min:

10 Front Squats (155/105)
20 Pull-Ups
50 Double Unders

One of the three athletes starts on a rower. Other two work through the triplet, one athlete working at a time. Every 500 Meters, change athletes on the rower. Record rounds + reps on triplet.
