Snatch: every 90 sec: 60/3, 70/3, 75/2, 80/2, 85/2, 88/1, 91/1*4 sets

Clean + Jerk: every 90 sec: 60/3, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/1, 88/1*4 sets

FS: 6 sets of 3 @ 90% of max triple from last week

8 min EMOM – 6-10 PERFECT CTB

Post Conditioning – Max High plank hold with 45# plate on back
