Strict Press: 3 heavy sets of 7
no rest
Ring Rows: 20 sec max rep with feet elevated above hips
rest 60 sec

Conditioning
In teams of two, AMRAP in 20 min:
200M Run
12 Overhead Squats (95/65)
24 Double Unders
Run together, break reps as desired, one person working at time. 200M starts at West door, exits out to the street, goes around to the east lot entrance, around the last spot, and back in the West door in a big lap. 

Extra – Before Class

Back Squat: 75/6*3 sets, rest 90 sec
