Snatch: Every 60 sec x 5 sets: at 85% complete 1 rep

CJ: Every 90 sec x 5 sets: at 85% complete 1 rep

FS: Every 90 sec x 8 sets: 100m row + 3 FS@ 70%

After Cond. 5 rounds – 15 GHD situps+15sec hold at parellel
