It seams as though some of you Paleo Challengers are having a hard time finding things to eat, so you have resorted to not eating anything. EAT MORE!!! Lean meats and vegetables do not pack as much punch as what we normally eat. If you are hungry or tired, eat!

Open Gym – 8:30AM
Fitness/Performance WOD – 9:30AM

In teams of two:

1) 15 Minutes to Establish Team Total (Choose one person to Snatch, and one person to C&J)

2) 16 min AMRAP, alternating each station of:
10 Wallballs  20/12#
10 Burpees
200 Meter Run
One person working at a time. Partner A performs 10 wallballs; Partner B performs 10 burpees; Partner A runs 200 Meters; Partner B performs 10 burpees; etc…
