Conditioning

In Teams of 2 for time:

90 Pullups

One athlete working at a time on pullups. EMOM beginning on the first minute (1:00 on the clock) perform 3 Cleans (any style) @ 75%. One bar per athlete. Both athletes can perform cleans at the same time. Both athletes must complete their cleans before returning to pull-up bar.

90 Lateral Burpees

One athlete working at a time on Burpees. EMOM beginning on the first minute (1:00 on the clock) perform 3 Cleans (any style) @ 75%. One bar per athlete. Both athletes can perform cleans at the same time. Both athletes must complete their cleans before returning to Burpees.
