Mobility/Flexibility
– Test close grip OHS therapy
– 1 min. e/arm tricep mash w/ barbell on rack
– 90 sec. each side- side and lats foam roll (be aggressive, this will hurt but loosen it up!)

– 10 slow, perfect, vertical torso goblet squats w/ 3 sec hold at bottom
– Retest close grip OHS therapy
Strength
Clean and Jerk, work to medium weight (60-70%) for a set of 3
