10-15 GHD Situps – to parallel and up
10-15 Good Mornings – medium weight

Conditioning
Death by 10M Shuttle Run
Minute 1: complete 1 10M shuttle (down+back=1)
Minute 2: complete 2 10M shuttles (down+back=1)
Minute 3: complete 3 10M shuttles (down+back=1)
etc. until you can’t complete the required number in the minute.
Touch hands past line on each turn around. 

Mobility
1 Min e/s – Trap Smash w/ Barbell in Rack
1 Min e/s – Pec Smash w/ LaX Ball
2 min – Box Shoulder Stretch
