Strength & Conditioning
In teams of two, alternating rounds for 4 rounds each (25 min cap):
200M Farmers Carry (54/35 KB)
200M Sprint
Partner A makes 200M lap with KBs then Sprints 200M lap. Then Partner B makes 200M lap with KBs then Sprints 200M lap, and so on until both partners have done 4 rounds each. 

Mobility
1 min e/s Forearm Roll on barbell
1 min e/s Couch Stretch
1 min e/s Quad Smash on Ball or Foam Roller
