*Start from the fully extended headstand position this time (legs straight up), using the wall for assistance. Focus is on balance today – going into a knee tuck (only if you’ve been present for the past 2-3 weeks – if not, then start from ground).

(2) Child’s Pose* (arms reaching Left/Right)
(3) Downward Dog + Cobra Transitions
