15 Renegade Rows
20 C2B Pullups

35 Weighted Walking Lunges
40 Abmat Situps

Use same weight (2 dumbbells) on Renegade Rows and Lunges. C2B is only for unassisted, otherwise do your normal pullups.

If you have done 100% of the extra for the last week, Thursday is a rest day.
