Nutrition Q&A Thursday @ 7PM
There will not be a 7PM CrossFit Class Thursday. All Members are invited and urged to attend the Q&A. A large part of the discussion will be supplementation. Please come.

600M Run or 800M Row
9 Strict Pullups
15 Box Jumps
21 HR Pushups
This is not for time, the goal is to stay moving at a consistent pace for the entirety of the effort.
