Extra) Weighted Pull-Up 5X3 reps
If you can do three strict PU, add AS MUCH weight as possible.
If you cannot, scale as LITTLE as possible.

Double-Unders
Sit-Ups

Active Recovery or Make-Up Work
“Annie” would be good active recovery if you want extra DU and Midline work.
