2 min lacrosse ball hamstring smash
2 min hamstring stretch, feet on wall
2 tricep roll w/ barbell

Five Rounds Not for Time:
10-15 GHD Situps
30 Second Weighted Plank
30 Second Handstand Hold
20 Double Unders
10 Overhead Walking Lunges (medium weight)

This is NOT for time, but do try to keep a quick steady pace without stopping.
