Mobility
Pick one position you could be better at (front rack, overhead, squat, etc) and ask coach to give you 2-3 mobility exercises and spend a few minutes on each.

Strength
6 sets:
2 Turkish Getup (1 each arm) – Build to Heavy
3 High Hang Power Snatch – Build, Heavy but Perfect

Conditioning
5 Rounds for Max Reps:
50 Seconds of Row for Cal
10 Second Transition
50 Seconds of V-Ups (touch toes for Rx)
10 Second Transition
50 Seconds of Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Second Transition
