EMOM x 6 minutes: 10 Hollow Rocks + 5 Box Jumps
Conditioning
In teams of two, alternating stations, 6 Rounds for Time:
5x15M Shuttle Run
500M Row
15 Burpees
Alternate stations until the team has completed 6 Rounds. Two Hand touch beyond the shuttle line, down 15M and back 15M = 1 rep.
Extra
Alternate Pistol and DU practice for 15-20 minutes, mixing in some ankle mobility. Don’t do too much, good chance you will see these movements on Friday.
