“Cindy” Results from 08/02/12

Today’s the day… I’m expecting some big improvements. I wanted to take a second to thank all of you for being here. It takes a special kind of person to sign up for this, and to show up everyday. Most you are fairly new to this type of lifestyle, yet I’ve seen tremendous changes both visibly and mentally in those of you that have been here for a while, and even some of you that have only been here a couple weeks. I look forward to coaching you in the long term, and expect amazing results from all of you. I hope you feel the same way.
