Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:
2 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk @ 65-75% of 1RM C&J
10-20 Double Unders depending on skill

Teams of three, for time and total number of wallballs:
Partner A: 200m Row (all out sprint)
Partner B: Max Wallballs
Partner C: Rest

Rotate until all three partners have completed 4 rounds. As soon as the Rowing is complete, the wallballs stop, then rotate. Record teams total time to complete 4 rounds, and team total of wallballs.
