1) Four Rounds Not for Time:
10 Hollow Rocks
30 Second Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold
5 Strict Supinated Pullups (add weight if easy)

2) 6 Rounds for Time (15 min cap):
9 Pullups
7 V-Ups
5 Shoulder to Overhead (155/95)

The Shoulder to Overhead weight should be such that you can go unbroken for the majority of the rounds. 


1) Power Snatch 6×1@60-70%

2) Power Clean & Split Jerk 6×1@60-70%
