1) Snatch from Hips – 15 minutes to find 1RM

2A) 1000M Row for Time

– Rest 5 Minutes –

2B) “Annie”
For Time, rounds of 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps of:
Double-Unders
Abmat Sit-Ups

The Row and Annie can be done in either order, athlete’s choice. But you only have 5 minutes of rest between efforts.
