Strength
A1) Deadlift: 5×3 drop all reps from the top and reset
A2) 5×30 sec Hollow Hold
A3) 5×10 Hollow/Arch Swings

Conditioning
AMRAP in 14 min:
35 Double Unders
12 Pullups
8 HR Pushups (Rx+ 6 Ring Dips)

Extra
Push Press + Jerk Grip OHS: 4×3+1

Clean Pull + Clean: every 90 sec: 50/2, 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/1, 78/1, 82/1, 85/1, 88/1, 91/1
