“EMOM Total”
With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10 lb.

Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.

Post heaviest load for the snatch, clean, and deadlift.

Conditioning (Optional)
20 minutes of Running and/or Rowing at 60% effort.

Extra
Every 60 sec: Jerk from Blocks – 50/3, 50/3, 60/2, 60/2, 70/1, 70/1, 80/1, 85/1

Jerk Dips with 3 sec pause in dip: 5 sets of 3 @ 100%

For Time: 6-5-4-3-2-1:
Strict HSPU increasing in difficulty/deficit + OH Lunges each leg (45#plate/25# plate)
