Today is officially CrossFit Wylie’s 1 Year Anniversary!

One year ago today CrossFit Wylie hosted its first WOD. One year, two locations and 140+ members later, here we are. Thank you to all the members for making the CrossFit Wylie what it is. The coaches can create the workouts and teach the movements, but the gyms personality and vibe is yours to cultivate, and you’ve done a hell of a job doing so.

Paleo Challenge: Please pay you $5 ASAP if you are entering the challenge. We are assigning you Nutrition Coaches as you pay for the Paleo Challenge. Once you’ve paid and have a coach, please start submitting your journal entries for review daily.
