We are testing a few things this week as we are essentially at the end of a cycle. If you are new, we still need to test these things for the future.

WOD

EMOM for 5 minutes:
2 Hang Squat Cleans @ 70%

then…

15min to establish 1RM Back Squat

then…

1 Minute ME Burpees
-rest 30 sec.
400M Run for Time
-rest 30 sec.
Complete same number of Burpees as before for time.
