1 Day – 6 Hour Oly Weightlifting Seminar

We’ve had a lot of people asking about the next Intro Weightlifting Cycle, even some that have already done it are ready to get more. I’m excited that everyone is enjoying it and learning so much. Our next Intro Cycle will start at the end of February.

In the mean time we wanted to offer something for those of you that enjoy slamming heavy bars. We’ve done multiple 1 day weightlifting seminars at our gym and other gyms, they are great for everyone, beginner to expert, and a lot of fun. We will teach the Snatch and Clean & Jerk from scratch, including many accessory lifts.
