This is the last week of the Open! For the intramural team competition, we are going to raise the stakes this week, Team Totals. Boom. The team with the highest number of reps will get 10 points, 2nd will get 6, 3rd will get 3, 4th gets zero. With this addition we are also getting rid of something, PR points (who’s stupid idea was that?).

Also don’t forget the Perfect Participation Bonus and the CF4CF Bonus. Every athlete that completed and posted a score for every Open workout receives a 2 point bonus and the team with the most athletes signed up for CF4CF by Monday night gets an extra 5 points!

WOD

A1) Front Squats 4×3
A2) Weighted Supinated Pullups 4×5 (Unbroken/Strict)

B) As many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
2 Thrusters (95/65)
2 Bar Facing Burpees
4 Thrusters
4 Bar Facing Burpees
6 Thrusters
6 Bar Facing Burpees
8 Thrusters
8 Bar Facing Burpees
…and so on until time expires.

COMP

A) Split Jerk:
3 Reps EMOM x 6 min
increase weight each set to medium-heavy load

B) 6 Rounds for reps:
