Back Squat 15 minutes to build to heavy set of 5
Every 90 seconds for 18 minutes (12 rounds):
20 Double Unders or 60 Singles (no more than 60 seconds)
1 Hang Clean (1 attempt)
-The goal is to build to a PR Hang Clean on the last 2 or 3 rounds.
-Starting Weight: 50% of you 1RM Clean
-Maximum Weight Increase Each Round: 20/10
-Do not increase by more than the max listed above.
-Do not increase weight if you miss your attempt.
-You can decrease your weight anytime.
Halting Clean Deadlift 3×3@85%
Stiff Legged Deadlift 1×5@65%, 3×5@70% of Back Squat 1RM
