Strength
Back Squat: Work to 1RM in sets of 5-3-2-1-1-1
Do not take more than 2 attempts at max. YOU MUST BOTTOM OUT.

Conditioning
10 min AMRAP of:
5 Burpee Pull-Ups
10 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg
20 Wallballs 20/14
Pull-up bar must be above standing reach. Scale by using lower bar, no bands.
