Back Squat – 4×3@85-90%
Rest 30 seconds
Bent over Row – 4×3 Heavy but Perfect
Rest 2 minutes

3 Rounds for Time (10 min cap):
12 Hang Power Clean
9 Front Squat
6 Push Jerk
Use the same weight for all movements.
Rx+ 155/105
Rx 135/90

If you did Monday’s Back Squats, then do 3×3@90% of Monday’s 3RM, instead of the 4×3 rep scheme.
