Deadlift: EMOM 2×3@60%, 2×2@70%, 2×2@80%, 2×2@85%, 3×1@90%
rest extra 1 minute during weight changes (i.e. between 80 & 90%)

Conditioning

8 Hang Snatch (full squat 95/65)

Extra
Front Squat: every 90 sec: 45/10, 55/7, 65/5, 75/3, 80/2, 85/1*6 sets
