1 minute walking rest between intervals
Try to keep every interval within 10 sec of the first. Record time for each interval.

2 minute walking rest between intervals
Try to keep every interval within 10 sec of the first. Record time for each interval.

Before WOD
Back Squat: Warmup, then 1 set of 20

2 sec. Pause in Dip Jerk + Jerk: Find Heavy 1+1 for the day

3 sets as able
– 1 hollow ring pullups + 1 MU + 1 strict dip + 1 skin the cat
