I know that’s not news, but with this weather comes added risk. Be sure to drink plenty of water, and stay fueled. Get plenty of electrolytes (something not
gatorade loaded with sugar). And most importantly, pay attention to your body during workouts. If you start to feel particularly bad or shaky, don’t hesitate to stop and find a way to cool off.
