JJ, Laura, and I will be hosting a nutrition seminar this Saturday at 930AM. Over the years and even throughout the past months, we have continued to learn and build our knowledge in nutrition. Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all equation of macros. It must be tailored slightly for each person. However, there are basics that do not change regardless of goals or lifestyle. We will cover the full scope of various issues that regular people deal with; from hard gainers (skinny people trying to get strong), to those that struggle with weight-loss, and the plan for those needing to fine tune for high performance. Most mainstream diets widely miss the mark when applied to highly active, high intensity athletes such as CrossFit athletes. Our goal is to educate and inform, so that you can make the right choices for your lifestyle and goals.

This seminar is FREE for CrossFit Wylie Members or $40 for Non-Members.
Our plan is host more nutrition seminars every couple of months.
The seminar starts at 9:30AM this Saturday and run 60-90 minutes. It will be followed by a big group workout when the seminar is completed.

In addition to the nutrition class we will be hosting a series of Saturday Mobility Seminars as well. We will start these April 25th after we return from the Youth World Weightlifting Championships. More information will be made available as we get closer.
