Daily Challenge: If you completed July’s Daily challenge (20 OHS per day), let me know.  Be Honest… The Daily Challenge for August is (drumroll….) 10 GHD Situps. This one is tricky because you have to come to the gym! Saturday and Sunday count! It shouldn’t be hard to keep up as long as you come to the gym 4-5 days a week (like you should). These challenges are for your improvement. If you miss a week, try to keep going and finish the month.

Benchmark: Everyone did great on the benchmark this month. Some people went up on load and still cut their time in half. The 2 or 3 of you that didn’t see a drastic time improvement either saw a drastic improvement in range of motion, increased your weight a ton, took a week off during July, or simply had on off day. It happens. Also it was about this hot yesterday.

We will perform August’s benchmark on Thursday. I hope everyone can make it so we get some good comparison notes.
