We are having another Pool WOD this Saturday. The workout will be at the same place as before, at 9:00AM. We will do something different this time. Most likely it will be an individual workout.
The Murphy 5K Fun Run is on Sept. 29. CLICK HERE to register. I’m expecting a few top 10 finishes in some of the varying age groups. Maybe even a couple of “W”‘s. Not kidding. What, you thought we’ve been doing all of this work without expectations?
