Events 4 & 5 will be the WOD for this Friday. If you can’t make it Friday, get it done in front of a judge anytime before or after Friday. Make sure you post your results in Wodify on Friday. 

Event 4

Snatch: Find Touch & Go 2RM

Athletes get 4 attempts to hit a max weight. You may warm up as needed, then when ready you must declare to your judge/partner that you are taking attempt X (1, 2, etc.). After each attempt, you may raise or lower the weight as desired. The best successful attempt will be your score. 1st Snatch is from the floor, and the 2nd Snatch must be a touch and go rep, touching the floor but not coming to rest on the floor. Any style Snatch is allowed (Power, Squat, etc.).
