The best thing CrossFit HQ has done with the games this year has been to add a tiebreaker. So if you are one of the 122,548 people that are bummed out because you are going to get to the rings and not be able to do anything, then your focus needs to be on getting there as fast as possible. There will literally be thousands of people that do this, so do it faster and you will be ranked higher.

MEN 
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (Rx: 20 lbs to 10′ target / Scaled: 20 lbs to a 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

WOMEN
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (Rx: 14 lbs to 9′ target / Scaled: 12 lbs to a 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
