Conditioning
EMOM for 20 Minutes (5 Rounds):
Minute 1: 10/8cal Bike
Minute 2: 10 Strict Banded Pull-Ups
Minute 3: 8 Burpee Box Overs (24/20)
Minute 4: 8 DBall Over the Shoulder (80/50)
